Until we've seen you and your pet or discussed your pets' case in detail we legally aren't allowed to prescribe, diagnose or make recommendations for your pet.
Telemedicine Consultation
Appointments by telemedicine include:
Detailed review of your pet's medical record, photos and video provided before the consultation
Telephone or video call discussion of your pet's particular condition and treatment options
Treatment planning for a procedural day
Excellent for simple conditions (such as a broken tooth) or when you travel a long way to get to Newmarket.
Expect up to 15 minutes with Dr. Pegg
In-person Consultation
In Person Consultations include:
Detailed review of your pet's medical record, photos and video provided before the consultation
In person physical and oral examination of your pet
Discussion of your pet's condition and treatment options
Treatment planning for a procedural day
Most appropriate for majority of conditions, particularly if your pet has some health concerns, you're not sure what the problem is, or if you have a lot of questions.
Expect up to 20-25 minutes with Dr. Pegg
Extended In-Person Consultation
Extended in-person consultations include:
Detailed review of your pet's medical record, photos and video provided before the consultation
In person physical and oral examination of your pet
Extended discussion of your pet's particular conditions and treatment options
Treatment planning for a procedural day, including staged diagnostics and definitive treatment if necessary
Most appropriate for serious or severe conditions like oral tumors or major growths, or if your pet has other serious health concerns and if you know you'll need extra time with the doctor.
